Which passes and memberships can I choose from?
Compare guest passes, week passes and month-to-month membership, then open the signup page to choose your option. Signup links open the approved plan or the full list with our signup provider.
What amenities are available?
Gym of Foley offers 24/7 member access and an included sauna. Tanning and MMA require separate memberships. Contact staff for amenity schedules, use rules and restrictions; 24/7 access does not mean every amenity is available at all hours.
How much does it cost to join or get a pass?
Visit our online signup page for current prices, fees and terms. Review the details there before purchasing. For questions about a plan, call the gym.
What should I know before my first visit?
Sign up at the front desk during staffed hours. Outside staffed hours, scan the QR code at the back door, or use online signup. Follow the entry instructions in your signup confirmation; this website cannot verify your individual payment or door activation. For a staffed tour or access problem, call (251) 943-5591.

I’m new to the gym. Where should I start?
Start by choosing the pass or membership that fits your plans. Call the gym with questions before your first visit. You can also use our routine planner to choose a realistic number of visits each week.

The Strength Lab scenes are website illustrations, not photographs of Gym of Foley. The logos were supplied by the gym.
