Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when making a request. Do not submit another person’s contact details without permission, attempt to access private records, interfere with the website, bypass its security or message limits, or submit harmful code.

Memberships passes and payments

Membership and pass purchases take place through the linked checkout. Review the complete price, fees, payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any required agreement there before purchasing. A website description or AI chat answer does not change an agreement you enter with the gym. These website terms do not set a refund policy, cancellation period, recurring-payment authorization, or membership eligibility rule.

Contact requests and visits

A submitted contact or tour request records your preferences for the gym to review. It is not an appointment confirmation, reservation, or guarantee of a reply. When enabled, automatic email alerts and acknowledgements may be attempted, but sending, receipt and response times are not guaranteed. An acknowledgement does not confirm an appointment. For online bookings, checking the final booking consent permits confirmation and tour-related emails and human staff calls about that appointment. Gym of Foley staff may call you about your appointment. This does not authorize texts, marketing, automated, prerecorded or AI-voice calls; earlier bookings retain their original permissions. Call (251) 943-5591 to arrange or confirm a staffed visit before arriving. Twenty-four-hour member access does not mean staff or tours are available around the clock.

AI assistant

The chat assistant generates automated answers and can make mistakes. It is not a gym employee and cannot book a tour, complete a purchase, or confirm a payment. Chat messages are not forwarded to staff; the separate contact form can save a request and trigger email delivery when enabled. Confirm important details with staff or the checkout. Do not use it for medical advice or emergencies. The chat-button portrait is a synthetic AI avatar rather than a photograph of an employee.

Fitness Plan tool

The Fitness Plan tool offers general educational estimates and example activity plans for eligible adults aged 18 and older. It does not provide a diagnosis, medical treatment, individualized clinical advice, or a guarantee of weight loss, performance, or other results. Its calculations use assumptions and may not reflect your individual needs.

Follow the eligibility warnings shown with the tool. It is not intended for pregnancy or breastfeeding, current or recent eating disorders, injuries affecting exercise, or clinician-restricted nutrition or activity. Seek qualified professional advice for personal health, nutrition, or exercise decisions. Do not disregard professional advice because of a website result. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if you experience concerning symptoms.

Gym descriptions, service availability, and website features may change. Verify details important to your visit with the gym. Images marked as illustrations do not represent actual facility photographs. Third-party websites and apps have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those when leaving this website.

Website text, branding, photographs, and illustrations may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website and save your generated plan for personal use. Obtain permission before reproducing protected website materials for commercial use, except where law permits otherwise.

The Privacy Policy explains this website’s information practices. These website terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived and do not establish a gym participation waiver, mandatory arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, or fixed liability cap.
