For a short visit to Foley, compare the two-day, three-day and one-week guest passes against your intended workout dates. Confirm when the selected pass starts and expires before paying; the number of workouts you want is not the same as the number of days the pass covers. Use current guest-pass options for prices and signup links.

Gym of Foley is at 120 W Berry Ave, Foley, AL 36535. We offer short-term guest passes alongside prepaid and recurring memberships, so you can compare options without assuming an ongoing membership is right for a short stay.

Start with the available guest passes

These are the approved guest-pass names and one-time prices as of October 1, 2026:

Confirm the selected pass’s activation and expiration terms before paying. The checkout agreement may still show one week for a short-pass product; ask staff to resolve any conflicting wording. Do not assume a pass begins at your first workout.

One-day passes are available in person only; ask staff for the price. Do not infer the one-week pass’s activation or expiry terms from another product.

If your trip covers several days, the one-week option is a useful place to start your comparison. Review its activation and expiration terms too, rather than assuming it begins on your first workout. Taxes or other checkout-specific amounts may apply; the checkout shows the exact total.

Before choosing the pass length, sketch the workouts that genuinely fit your itinerary. The fitness planner can help you organize a general routine around your available days; use the pass agreement, not the planner, to confirm when you can enter.

When a longer option may fit better

Staying for a month or more? Use the extended-stay membership guide to compare your arrival and departure dates with longer prepaid options.

A guest pass is not the only way to arrange temporary gym access. If you are staying longer, the one-month prepaid membership is $81 as a one-time payment. Three-month and six-month prepaid options are also available.

If you expect to keep using the gym regularly, compare the $49-per-month recurring membership. A monthly rate is not necessarily the total due when you join, and month-to-month does not establish cancellation or notice rules. Our guest pass and membership comparison explains the payment options in more detail.

Plan your arrival, especially outside staffed hours

Gym of Foley offers 24/7 member access. Staff are present Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time; Friday through Sunday are unstaffed. Member access does not mean staff, tours, or every amenity are available at all hours. Check your selected pass's access terms before planning an overnight visit.

For plans available in person, you can sign up at the front desk during staffed hours. Two-day passes are online-only. Use online signup remotely or scan the QR code at the back door. The gym’s stated online-signup process is intended to provide instant access. Follow the instructions in your signup confirmation; this website cannot verify your individual payment or door activation. If you need a staffed introduction, arrange that before arriving.

Match the pass to calendar dates, not a workout count

A two-day pass does not mean two visits saved for any future dates. Check when the selected product starts and ends before purchase. That makes the checkout date part of your decision, especially if you are planning ahead from another time zone. Write the intended purchase date and each intended visit date in Central time before comparing options.

Consider a fictional visitor arriving Friday evening and hoping to train Saturday and Monday. Those are two workouts, but they are not within two consecutive calendar days. The visitor should compare a product whose confirmed access period covers both dates rather than choosing the shortest pass by workout count. Likewise, someone arriving late Friday may get little usable Friday time from a pass that starts at purchase. Resolve timing before checkout rather than expecting the clock to begin at the first door entry.

For a one-week pass, ask the activation and expiration question directly. Do not extend one product’s rules to another by assumption. A useful note to staff is: “I arrive on this date and want to train on these dates. What purchase timing and product will cover those visits?”

Plan one dependable workout before adding optional visits

Vacations and family trips often have a changing schedule. Put the most dependable workout on the itinerary first, including transportation and time to change. Then mark other visits as optional. A pass may cover an entire week even when your travel plans make only a few sessions realistic; access and actual usage are separate decisions.

Pack for the routine you already understand. If your planned workout depends on a specific machine, attachment, or training service, check that detail before paying. Do not assume the equipment shown in an article photograph is a verified facility inventory. If you want to see the gym first, book a staffed tour before committing to the visit schedule. A tour reservation is separate from paid workout access.

Guest-pass questions visitors often overlook

Can I buy a pass now for a trip later?

Before buying for a future trip, confirm the start date and time for your chosen product. A purchase made today should not be assumed to wait for your arrival.

Does one payment cover my travel companion?

Do not assume so. Each person needs their own valid access under the applicable terms. Discuss the relevant product and any age or guardian requirements with staff rather than sharing credentials or entering behind another member.

What if my arrival is delayed?

Check the agreement and contact the gym about your circumstances. This guide does not promise that an activated pass can be moved, paused, extended, or refunded. Save the purchase confirmation and the exact terms you accepted so your question can be answered for the right product.

What if I want help learning the equipment?

Ask what instruction can be arranged and whether it has a separate charge. Personal training is available, but buying a guest pass or booking a tour does not establish trainer availability or include a training session. Make those arrangements explicitly if they matter to your trip.

A short checklist before you leave

  • Check that your selected pass covers the dates and entry times you need
  • Review the full payment total, access instructions, and agreement
  • Save your signup confirmation so you can find it at the door
  • Confirm any amenity-specific questions with staff rather than assuming every offering is included
  • Get directions to 120 W Berry Ave

Need help choosing or resolving a checkout term? Call (251) 943-5591 during staffed hours, or email bob@gymoffoley.com.

Choose your pass after confirming its dates and terms. If you want to look around first, choose a tour time.

Once access is settled, use the fitness planner to organize activity that fits your stay.

Spending a week in Foley? Plan a few realistic visits

Start with your travel schedule, then choose a few likely workout windows around family, work or other plans. You do not need a workout on every travel day. The one-week guest pass is $52 as a one-time payment; taxes may apply. Review the exact total and pass dates before purchase.

Check your route from your accommodation to 120 W Berry Ave rather than assuming a drive time. Save entry instructions before arriving, especially when your trip starts outside staffed hours. For arrival questions, read how 24/7 access differs from staffing. A longer stay may suit the extended-stay membership comparison.
